Clear boundaries.

Hyde is a Hatcher Ltd. product in private pilot. This notice describes the public website and the current pilot, rather than promising features that have not launched.

The public website

This website does not use advertising trackers, analytics scripts or a signup form. Cloudflare hosts the site and processes connection and security information to deliver it. If you contact us by email, Hatcher Ltd. and its email providers process the information you choose to send so we can reply.

The member pilot

The member portal uses Cloudflare Access for sign-in and stores account, plan and provisioning records in Cloudflare infrastructure. The current portal is limited to invited pilot users. Preview number assignments are fictional and do not purchase a carrier number or charge a payment method.

Messaging and device privacy

The native app uses encrypted local storage and device authentication. A configured messaging gateway and its carrier provider process messages to route and deliver them. SMS and MMS are not end-to-end encrypted. A separate business number does not make communication anonymous, and carriers or recipients may retain messages.

Live messaging activation, retention settings and any payment processing will be described during onboarding before use. Do not send sensitive information through the public contact email unless it is needed for your request.
